Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery takes 10–14 business days for U.S. customers.
International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance and regional carrier speeds.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its journey from our warehouse to your door.

Delays & Support

While we work hard to meet all delivery estimates, unexpected delays such as customs inspections, weather issues, or carrier backlogs may occur. If your shipment is delayed beyond the normal timeframe, contact our team for fast assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.
